Role Description:
The Volunteer Coordinator helps manage the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of PRESCRIBE Inc.’s volunteer team, ensuring everyone has a rewarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and interview prospective volunteers.
Organize volunteer orientation sessions and provide necessary training.
Maintain a schedule of volunteer activities and monitor participation.
Address volunteer questions or concerns and foster a positive environment.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Previous experience in volunteer management (preferred).
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
