Peer Mentor (Youth Volunteer)

Role Description:

Peer mentors are slightly older boys or young men who have overcome challenges similar to those faced by our participants. They offer relatable guidance and support to younger boys in the program.

Responsibilities:

Share personal experiences and advice to inspire mentees.

Assist professional mentors during group activities.

Act as role models for younger participants.

 

 

Qualifications:

leader
Must be 16–25 years old and demonstrate maturity and leadership qualities.
Passion for helping younger boys succeed.
Willingness to commit time to mentoring sessions.
