Mentor
Role Description
Mentors are the cornerstone of our programs. They provide one-on-one guidance to boys in our program, offering emotional support, life advice, and practical skills to help them navigate challenges and realize their potential.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting relationships with mentees through regular meetings or virtual sessions.
Provide advice and encouragement to help boys achieve personal and academic goals.
Act as a positive role model by demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and empathy.
Collaborate with staff to monitor mentee progress and address challenges.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in mentoring or youth development (preferred but not required).
Commitment to attend scheduled mentoring sessions.
