Role Description
Help raise the funds that keep our boys mentorship program steady. You reach out to donors, set up small drives, and support sponsor asks with clear, plain updates. You log gifts, share thanks fast, and work with staff so every dollar moves a boy closer to a steady mentor and simple life skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run small giving drives online and in your community
- Contact past and new donors with short, kind messages and clear next steps
- Prepare sponsor notes one-pagers, basic slides, and thank-you emails
- Track gifts, pledges, and receipts; share a weekly summary with staff
- Coordinate with programs so updates show real work and simple results
Qualifications
- Clear writer and friendly caller; listens first and speaks plainly
- Organized with email, calendars, and basic spreadsheets
- Follows 501(c)(3) rules on records, receipting, and donor privacy
