Role Description
Take photos and short videos that reflect the heart of our boys mentorship program. Work with staff to plan safe shoots, use consent forms, and keep names and faces private when needed. Share simple edits that fit our voice and help families and mentors see how the program works in their community. Store files in the shared drive and send quick notes after each shoot.
Responsibilities
- Plan shoots with staff for events, workshops, and mentor meetups
- Use consent forms; follow privacy rules; blur or crop when needed
- Take clear photos and short clips that match our brand guide
- Edit and deliver files on time with simple labels and dates
- Organize folders in the shared drive and log a short recap
Qualifications
- Basic photo and video skills with a phone or camera you know well
- Reliable, calm on site, and able to follow a plan
- Respects consent, privacy, and child safety rules at all times
