Role Description
You build the volunteer pipeline and keep it running. You recruit, screen, and place volunteers across mentoring, events, outreach, admin, and media. You set clear steps, share simple guides, and track hours and tasks so staff and mentors can focus on boys. Work happens in your community and online with steady check-ins.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and place volunteers into the right roles with clear start steps
- Schedule trainings, send reminders, and keep attendance records
- Maintain forms, background checks, and role guides in one shared folder
- Track hours, tasks, and simple outcomes; send a weekly summary to staff
- Support events and workshop rosters; fill gaps fast when plans change
Qualifications
- Strong organizer who writes clear, short messages and follows through

- Pass a background check and complete short training as required for a 501(c)(3) standard.
