Role Description
Social media is extremely important when we want to get our message across in the best way possible. As a Social Media and Content Creator, we would like you to plan and publish simple, respectful content for our boys mentorship program. Share program news, mentor calls, and family info in a warm, stigma-free voice. Work with the program and outreach teams to keep messages accurate, kind, and easy to act on. Use photos and short videos only with consent. Track basic results so we learn what helps boys and families the most.
Responsibilities
- Build a monthly content plan across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email
- Write short posts and captions, edit photos or clips, and publish on time
- Collect stories and quotes (with consent) that show steady mentor support
- Coordinate with outreach on campaigns for referrals, mentor signups, and giving
- Track simple metrics reach, clicks, forms started and share a weekly update
Qualifications
- Clear writer who uses plain words and a steady, kind tone
- Basic skills in simple design or video tools; organized and reliable
- Follows consent steps and child safety rules for images and names
